I was looking to replace a small mattress with a slightly larger mattress and with a quick delivery time (within 10 days). Both requirements were satisfied within 10 minutes and I was able to complete payment and get the necessary paperwork within half an hour. The salesperson was friendly and and knowledgeable. She did say that drinks were available, if I wanted any, but I declined.

John took the time to understand our needs, we had a go on the sleep bed, very efficient.we had our two small children with us and John and his colleague were charming! They even got a balloon. Very knowledgeable and turned what we were expecting to be a stressful experience into a really fun and productive one.
