Staff very friendly and extremely helpful

Very helpful, knowledgeable assistant (John). Asked about type of mattress l was interested in and took me round the showroom. Not in the least 'pushy' but attentive. Offered tea, coffee, water. Wore a face mask, as did l. Tried a lot of beds, he gave me a pillow and left me to have a good trial. Discussed options and l decided on the one l wanted. Only want a mattress at the moment but we did look around bases. Sorting out delivery etc was quick , even got a small discount! Fast delivery date, with several options.

My wife and I were served by Aleksandra at New Malden branch of Dreams who was very helpful, answered all our questions, gave us enough time for us to make our decision (without pressure) and efficiently placed the order for our mattress.

I was well looked after, but not hassled.

The sales assistant Abu was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was very patient, helping me to fully understand which of the mattresses would best suit my requirements. I would definitely recommend Abu and this store to everyone.

I have used Dreams in the past and have always been happy with the service. I have always found the product I am looking for be it beds mattress or pillows. Your delivery people are always on time and helpful they have assembled my beds carefully and taken care of the surroundings. I am a happy Dreams customer!

I was greeted by a member of staff as soon as I came into the store, who wanted to know if I wanted any help. I explained what I was looking for and ‘Abu’ said he would help and assist me. He showed me the products I was interested in and gave me information on the different makes showing me how the mattress was made up etc. I was encouraged to try the mattresses out and to take all the time I needed. I asked some questions and good knowledgable explanations were given to my satisfaction. I was told about the pillows being included and offered the opportunity to purchase the stay cool covers that I opted for. I was pleasantly surprised by how soon the delivery would be made and that for a small charge my old mattress could be taken away. I was so satisfied with my visit to ‘Dreams’ that’s I decided to place my order and not look elsewhere. Thank you Abu.
