The product delivered was not what we ordered. When I phoned the showroom to find out why, I was just given another number to ring. When I rang this number, after waiting for 10 mins to get through, I was told the order form had been completed incorrectly for a Medium comfort mattress. Then I was told the product comfort categorisation had changed after we had bought the item, but the item was still what we had ordered, even though the ticket on the item said otherwise and the comfort was far from what we experienced in the showroom. I was then told the comfort ratings in the showroom were not realistic of a new mattress!! So, what's the point in having try-out beds in the showroom. I was also told we could not exchange until we had used the mattress for at least 30 nights. This is ridiculous given we are of the view the product that was delivered is not what we had ordered. We have accepted the offer for the mattress to be tested, but if this shows the mattress to be Medium, then a call to Trading Standards will be forthcoming, as it is most definitely Firm.

This salesman Mr. Carlos motive was just selling the products.. He has lied about many things as follows. 1. Doze Supreme S Mattress: I wanted to buy a Firm type mattress. This salesman sold me this mattress as Firm one. Later I found on your internet that, this is the Medium type mattress. Very disappointed. Can this be changed? 2. Hutchin S Bunk bed white: When I asked about moving the ladder from right side to left side, the salesman told me that, it can be easily changeable on other side while fitting the bed. Later I found from your website (Fitting diagram document) that, this can't be done. Very disappointed. 3. Delivery Time: Before I made an order, the salesman told me that White colour bunk bed is in stock and can be delivered straight away. after made an order, he said, the waiting time is 4 weeks. I felt like, he has cheated me like a daylight robbery. Can you do anything about this..?

I WAS SATISFIED BUT YOUR SYSTEM IS NOT ACCEPTING THIS EVEN THOUGH I SAID I DID NOT EXP A PROBLEM
