A person buys a bed maybe three times in their life. That person is not a bed expert and doesn't understand mattress manufacture. If the Customer service person starts banging on about 1200, 1600, this that and the other, it is bloody confusing and annoying. I eventually understood this to be the number of springs in a mattress. Whooppee. Too much poorly explained information. Also it was completely unclear what I was looking at. There was a bed infront of me, colour coded apparently, although I didn't really get that, and with several misleading prices that had add-ons that were poorly explained on the signage. And finally, when the sales person starts blatantly pushing one divan over another one, the cynic in me is awoken and I have to assume he gets more commission for selling one brand rather than the other. That's annoying. Overall the sales person was good, but could do with less selling and more empathy and understanding, and for goodness sake explain what a 1200 is before casually dropping it into an unnecessarily complex sentence. Thanks.

The assistant was under 18 years of age and could not complete a credit application for us. As a result we had to wait for another colleague to become available and complete our application.

Annoyed that the delivery was confirmed to 13 January, then removed an item, new paperwork sent with same delivery date. then received an email saying no delivery had been booked so now coming on 25 January. We arranged for mattress to arrive on 12th and now nowhwere to put it!

I visited 2 dreams stores. The service in the Wimbledon store was so bad I had to walk out. One assistant was trying to help me and another customer at the same time. His colleague then asked for if she could help but then walked off mid conversation and started shouting across the store to the delivery men and completely forgot about serving as I was standing there. The new Malden store was so busy on the weekend and no social distancing was taking place also nobody helped me. I returned and purchased a mattress while the assistant sat at his desk the whole time
