Staff were not immediately recognisable amidst other customers and I was not asked if I needed help.

There is always room for improvement. I am not overly happy that I had to pay £38 for the item to be built I think this should be part and parcel unless of course you’re buying from ikea. I think the insurance is overpriced too

The pricing was not clear and I had to rely on the staff member to tell me the cost as he placed the order rather than before the order was placed. I would have liked to know the cost so I could perhaps review what I wanted. That said I was happy with the bed I ordered.

Carlos was polite and very attentive on our arrival in to your store, it didn't feel at all like a Hard Sale, there was no pressure from him, all our questions were promptly answered, he possibly talked a little too fast, but we felt this was down to his enthusiasm, he was very courteous to myself and my daughter and when we returned two days later to make our order, he was exactly the same, he really seems to take a lot of pride in the goods he was selling

I arrived at your store with details of three divan sets, two of which were Silentnight, and one (the one I eventually purchased, your own make). I had chosen these three items to be what I was looking for online. Apparently, you do have Silentnight but not either of the two models I was looking for.

Wanted delivery this week as first outlined but having to wait 2 weeks Too much form filling in

I have ordered a mattress but not had it delivered yet, too soon to know if all is well.

I would like to see a greater selection of children's beds in store. However the salesperson was very knowledgeable regarding comparisons.

Length of time of delivery

It is difficult to pinpoint. All l can say is there was not much choice when looking to try out soft mattresses . A choice of only 2 and both quite pricey. But
