When we first arrived, it was difficult to find someone to help us. We also found it hard to understand/find what we were looking for, until we had a colleague attend to us.

I went to the New Malden branch and was served by. Mo who was exceptional. Excellent product knowledge and first class customer service. I was in and out in 20 mins brilliant!!

I paid money for the cover of bed ,mattress, headrest but nothing was given In the paper that what it cover for and for how long .It should be given.

Whilst mattress was discounted we would have expected to all be offered discount on pillows. We decided only to purchase the mattress.

I am satisfied and happy with the expereince at dreams. Not highly satisfied as the whole experience and process did not exceed my expectations. The customer service agent was friendly and supportive of our needs and this was why we chose to buy the mattress from dreams due to the sales Assitant being very helpful. Thank you Alex.
