Other staff members were loud and unprofessional. It is these same members that put us if purchasing 12months ago

Only because the system contained incorrect information, which then caused inconvenience to us. The staff member who dealt with our order was brilliant, very knowledgeable and friendly. We received a call from him the next day saying that unfortunately the divan bed that we had ordered did not come in a full ottoman, only a half ottoman, he said the system did not tell him that at the time. This meant we had to go back into the store the following day to view the half ottoman and decide whether to continue with our order, or change beds so we could have a full ottoman. It was very frustrating to have to go back and to be told that what we had ordered did not exist. Otherwise, we were very happy with our visit and we’re very much looking forward to receiving our new bed.

We visited the store during the January sales but very few products were actually on sale, which was disappointing.

Person was lovely, but didn't fully engage with us and aid us in our decision. We went away and came back...she remembered us and got us to wait for her, then stated her colleague would help us. If I hadn't already previously made most of our decision before visiting, I probably wouldn't have been able to complete the sale here

Got a receipt for deposit (email). Got a receipt for changing to Saturday delivery. When paid full balance didn’t get a receipt so phoned up and told computer system doesn’t send one.

The 20% discount offered on a similar mattress was not offered on the mattress that I selected - and I found this unsatisfactory. Then, when I gave your colleague my postcode for the delivery address, he assumed that all he had to do was look up the code on his computer and there it would be. However, this works only when the company (Dreams, in this case) pays for updated PAFs (Postcode Address Files) and sadly Dreams had not done so and the address it came up with - for my postcode - has not existed for forty years. Solution - Pay the subscription to update your PAFs - their address is in Newcastle !
