Style of fabric in bed purchased 3 years ago had changed so was not able to get an exact match when purchasing a headboard. However, I don’t think it’s unreasonable that this had changed when we bought the bed so long ago.

The staff were excellent but when I came to take out the interest free policy, the company that dealt with that aspect of it had gone home so I was unable to place the order, and had to return again to the store the following day to do this. I was unable to do it over the phone.

Highly satisfied means perfection,no experience is rarely perfect,it was a great experience.

Store layout a bit tricky and some of the prices weren’t yet updated, staff was very friendly though and not pushy leaving us to choose and decide for ourselves unlike in other stores where there is pressure
