we were served by Eddie who explained all we needed to know about mattresses and helped us with our selection.

I was served by Edward who took every step to assist me, I am presently on crutches recovering from surgery. Getting round the whole store was going to be a problem. I explained my needs and he selected 4 beds for me to try. The 1st 2 were not right, the 3rd felt good, so he left me laying there whilst a cup of tea was made for me. 😊.

We have shopped at Dreams before and were very satisfied, so that was the main reason for going back. We were lucky enough to be served by Lee again. He is a very pleasant sales person, who knows his product. If you operate a salesperson of the year then we would like to recommend Lee for that award.

You staff Lee that we spoke was knowledgeable of what we were looking. Before our visit, we had compared prices of the Temur mattresses that we we were looking and found that Dreams offered better prices.

It was disappointing about the ottoman not being constructed, especially as I called the store the day before saying I would be in to see the store to look at the bed. However the salesman showed me an equivalent bed, which gave me an idea of how easy it was to open
