Harry who served us was an extremely pleasant ,polite and professional young man who showed a number of mattress and was very informative .Our experience was exceptional due to Harry and I can say he is an asset to the team and the company

I wasn't 100% sure what I wanted in a mattress, Had to be easy to clean for the little one, Tony explained about different mattresses, and the one we picked in the end was perfect as it unzipped incase of accidents, would highly recommend the store in Basildon

Friendly staff who are more than happy to help. Overall experience in the shop was a great experience with the sleep technology machine helping me to find my perfect mattress.

As we arrived in store we were welcomed by a young man who introduced himself as Harry. We were asked if he could help with what we were looking for. What a lovely gesture to be offered coffee whilst we browsed. Harry was very knowledgable and attentive but not too pushy. We were given as much time as we needed to choose our purchase. Overall, we really enjoyed our time at Dreams in Basildon. We would just like to add, in our opinion, Harry is a great asset to your company. My husband hates shopping for anything, but said how much he enjoyed our time in Dreams.

The service by John and ? Gareth ( not sure of his name ) was spot on. It was pleasant, helpful but not pushy. I liked that.

I was pleased and happy to Mandy for her patient during my visit. She explained everything and showed me the latest technology in the store. All my needs was met about my finances through interaction to her. Such a pleasant lady.
