We served by Sophy in your Basildon store she was very helpful and friendly. Explained all COVID restrictions clearly and took time to explain to my deaf wife. Didn’t push us towards a certain mattress and gave us plenty of options to choose from.

The overall professionalism by the staff,Sophy, was friendly, courteous ,and a pleasure dealing with(do all you can to keep Ms York ,she`ll strive and achieve wherever she will be employed )and took the time in dealing with her customers. The details of safety in these uncertain times, was deployed with effectiveness and to the point. Dealt with safety measures/training personally ,so could tell all that was being done correctly. Lovely gesture with providing customers a bottle of mineral water-well done! Certainly will shop here again if required to do so.

Staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They offered help but there was no hard sell, were available but not overpowering.
