on entering the branch was made welcome immediately, offered a coffee which came as a surprise, that is something i used to do years back when i had my own successful business, i wonder in hindsight had one of your people entered my factory in the early 2000s to experience that..then on processing the order was offered a bottle of water, not that we needed it...well done, keep up the good work...highly impressed with your staffs approach to clients

Everyone was friendly snd welcoming. The staff had great knowledge and answered all my questions. They were extremely helpful and gave us the time that we needed to decide.

Even though the assistant was on her own and the store was quite busy we felt she dealt with it really well. We felt valued and were kept informed and didn’t feel rushed.

Having seen a bed frame that I liked online, I found it incredibly helpful to be able to be told what stores I was able to see the bed on display. When I got to the store I was served by Sophie who was very helpful and polite. She offered me and my mum and bottle of water and gave great advise on the type of mattress that I was after and was very considerate of my budget.

Sophie was absolutely amazing. She took the time to understand exactly what we needed. Sophie was servicing multiple customers and was the only team member available to support on the shop floor. Service was 100%
