High knowledge on both beds bought. Time and knowledge given when my husband and myself were looking for the best mattress. Very friend and very helpful staff

I was a little upset to find that after I had placed my order in store and spending over £1800 that I wasn’t told about the 3 for 2 or the bundle options. I would have liked to have been told about the opportunity to have maybe bought the bedside tables as either a bundle or the option to have 1 free.

Anthony was great from the moment we walked in the store. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely go back if needed anything else. Covid friendly. Really helpful and enthusiastic. Thanks so much Anthony.

The assistant was very helpful. Helping us to chose a bed, then a mattress that we both found comfortable, giving us time to think and talk about what we would like, while he delt with other customers. Then took our order very quickly and found a very quick delivery date.We left felling very happy and satisfied with the help we received, can’t wait for the delivery and a good nights sleep

It was my husband and I’s first time to visit a store. We usually buy from online and we couldn’t be any happier with our experience in store. Ross and Thony were brilliant. They were very accommodating, knowledgeable and efficient. We particularly love the sleepmatch and Ross gave us really good options of the mattress that fit us. We really liked the Tempur mattress but it was outside our budget, yet Ross was clever to give us the one in clearance and then gave us a whooping £1k off the price. Thony also helped us find bedframes that suit our needs and although the initial option we wanted isn’t available in store, the ones that were there were equally brilliant. And on top of that, these guys were amazing because they stayed beyond 6pm to help us sort our orders. Thank you so much Dreams Basildon!
