Very knowledgable, friendly member of staff. Not rushed, explained differences in various mattresses and bed franes.

Firstly, the phone was answered immediately and Maria was very polite and helpful. Two answers on this survey I have put neither satisfied or dissatisfied as there was not the option to mark as n/a for a telephone order. It was not intended to reflect any dissatisfaction with the way my order and questions were handled. Maria was very professional and I'm delighted my new bed is on its way.

This advisor was very friendly helped with my bed choosing and helped me to find the right mattress that suits my needs and the bed looks good for the money not to pricey great customer services skills even for someone that’s only just started working there
