The whole in store experience was really good. We were offered a drink, it was explained to us why we should use the sleep machine and why that would be a useful thing do to. Harry then took us through the option and didn't pressure us at all. He gave us a series of things to try and gave us time and space. The checkout process with credit was well explained and very clear.

Mandy was the staff who dealt with my query and purchase. She was absolutely lovely and highly professiona, patient and understanding. I have bought numerous items from this same branch before so wanted to come back to compare the mattress I saw in Benson for Beds with Dreams. And again, I ended up buying from Dreams... the staff made a huge difference to me choosing Dreams and her overall approach to understanding my back issues and financial restrictions. Mandy needs to be recognised for her customer service skills and maybe used as an example for future onboarding/induction training for new staff.
