Friendly assistant, who didn't pressurise us at all .

We went to Loughbourough store a few months ago just to browse and Richard took his time showing us what would be the best mattress for us. We have come back now ready to buy just looking for him because we were impressed with his service and knowledge of the products.

Jason was very helpful and knowledgeable. Helped me with what i required and pointed me in the right direction when i was unsure or needed some help.

Useful diagnostic tool, great welcome with hot drinks, friendly staff and a good variety of mattresses and bedframes. Being provided with pillows to try out the mattresses was really helpful.

I had specific requirements that were met in every respect: I needed quick delivery, I needed assembly, I needed a superbly comfortable mattress, I needed a non-too-pricey divan base and headboard. All these requirements were dealt with professionally and courteously and I think I will be delighted with my new bed.

I dealt with Richard at the Loughborough store. He listened and appreciated my needs as a disabled customer and was very patient. He even managed to convince me to buy the most expensive mattress!! He made me feel valued and I was really impressed.
