Made to feel at ease when being shown the analytical bed and outcomes. Not rushed into a decision, encouraged to go back to the recommended beds until we were sure we had made the right choice. Explained the differences in specs of the beds showing a very knowledgeable understanding of the products. All the staff were friendly and welcoming.
