A great experience from start to finish. We were seen to by Samantha and she took in what our requirements were and directed us to the available products. Surprised at the delivery time as we were expecting 5 - 6 week delivery, not 5 days, even better! Friendly staff and knowledgeable, would go back for other products in the future

Jason was the salesperson who helped me choose a new mattress. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and understood what I was looking for because he asked the right questions and also listened to me which is a very important customer service skill. His customer service skills are excellent. He offered me a drink and engaged in conversation not just sales pitch. Trying the techno mattress to find out which type of mattress would suit me was a great experience too.

Had a chance to use bed mattress match which was very good experience. Shop assistant Christopher was very attentive and help us choose the right mattress for our needs.

We were greeted as soon as we entered the store and went onto the sleep match for a new mattress as we had no idea which would suit us best Jason had a lot of knowledge about the various mattresses and they’re firmness he was also very nice to speak to

The staff member Rich was attentative but also kept his distance and allowed us to look around without feeling pressured or harassed. In comparison we went into other shops are were stalked around the store which we found really off-putting. Rich greeted us when we walked in, welcomed us to have a look around and invited us to try the sleep match technology once we had found a bed he was then able to guide us around and talk us through the different mattress choices. There was no pressure to purchase anything and when we did return to make a purchase, Rich was really quick and picked up where we left off. Great service.
