Your staff member was very friendly, helpful but also gave us space & plenty of time to have a wander around Products were well laid out, COVID instructions & guidance was very clear

From entry of the store we were welcomed with a smile and offer of a cold bottle of water and sanitiser! Very well organised store and Steph looked after us very well. Keeping social distance all the way round the store showing us different products and prices.

The service we received by all of the staff was exemplary. From us walking into the store to us leaving, our experience was fantastic and couldn't be faulted on every level.

Very welcoming staff as soon as I entered the store. Hand sanitiser available and clear guidance on social distancing. Robyn was very helpful and provided lots of information but also gave me time to try different mattresses.
