Lorraine was very friendly and attentive she took me through a test to see what mattress would suit me and had me try 4 mattresses before I decided on one. I was then left to look at frames but she was not far away when I had questions. I was offered a drink on more than one occasion by different members of staff. I was not pressurised to buy.

I arrived at the store and wasn’t approached immediately. I was given time to relax before Stephanie the sales assistant approached me. I found the shop to be quiet, tidy & clean. Hand sanitiser was available as soon as I entered the store. Stephanie asked my reason for my visit. She listened & introduced me to the sleep machine. After my test she took me round the shop & showed me the various types of mattress that was deemed suitable for me. At all times social distancing was adhered I was also offered a bottle of water. Which I though was a nice touch. I politely declined. I think I tried out 4 of the mattresses.There was more but I had found my favourite. Next was bed choice initially I was determined I wanted a divan bed but after realising how high they are I started to rethink I went a walk round the store & I saw a bed I liked & sat on it I realised it was a good height for me & was the bed I actually wanted. Stephanie then checked the availability for both to be delivered which was late August I the chose my own delivery date due to my own availability. Whilst the order was being placed I again was offered a drink. The whole process was simple hassle free.

Very welcoming staff as soon as I entered the store. Hand sanitiser available and clear guidance on social distancing. Robyn was very helpful and provided lots of information but also gave me time to try different mattresses.
