Our overall experience from entering the store to being greeted by customer service assistant Steph, to mentioning the product we where looking for, to Steph then showing us a product that fitted our description, then checking the product out to being satisfied that it would fulfill our needs, and match with the colour scheme in mind, then once we moved to the checkout/final sales area of which was socially distance formatted etc, once our order was created and details entered into the system we where a little despondent as to have to wait 10 weeks for delivery, however due to the current covid-19 situation we totally understand.

The ladies were very kind and helpful. Told them what I was looking for. They asked me the right questions new what I was looking for and took me right to it. Asked me to try it out felt the item. Then they carried out to my car. Very kind and helpful, thank you.
