Best service I've had when buying a bed or mattress

First class service by your colleague. Could not have asked for more.

The sales assistant listened to what we were looking for. Was very knowledgeable about all the products we looked at and discussed them in detail. We were given plenty of time to consider the options suggested - we did not feel rushed into making a decision. She was friendly and very helpful without being 'pushy'.

B 2229. Robyn was very helpful in our search for a new mattress. She was very well mannered and polite had good knowledge of the mattresses and I'm sure we have picked the one for my needs.

I took my 90 year old mum for a new bed and the asdistant was excellent with her she made her feel so relaxed and explained evrry step of the procesd to her . She put her on a special bed to measure my mothers needs and when process was over explained what the machine had indicated for her needs. She then took my mother to the beds thst would suit her and let her try them out she could not have been anymore attentive to someone of that age she is an asset to the Company.

Staff were friendly, personable and knowledgeable. Order was processed with speed and accuracy.
