Dreams - Livingstone

It’s a bit of a mind field looking for a new mattress and stressful too with it being such an expensive item. We were greeted and helped almost immediately by Grace (without her seeming at all pushy). Talked through our needs and she didn’t rush us when trying to choose between our narrowed down selection. We had our two (hyper) children with us which could have been stressful but all the staff were super friendly talking to them and distracting them. Honestly fabulous customer service

Returning customers, having bought our last bed from Dreams about 12 years ago, which still has life in it and will go to a family member for their spare room. That bed was head & shoulders above the competition in terms of comfort, so Dreams was our first (and as it turned out, only) port of call this time round. Pleased to note prices still represent just as good VFM as they did then, not having risen dramatically in the intervening years. Sales assistant (Grace) was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly, and was able to offer us options we hadn't considered, without resorting to (our pet hate) the 'hard sell.' Wil be back soon to upgrade our sleep with some new pillows we were shown.
