From walking into the Store the whole process was a pleasure Andy the salesman was so pleasant ,friendly and knowledgeable.We we’re offered a drink which is mist unusual in most stores.My husband has a breathing problem and Andy was very kind and caring.

We was greeted like good friends/ family. The shop operative ( Andy at the Lincoln department) was very helpful seems to know his knowledge of product,s, and the bed technology machine. We completed our purchase, and was very impressed with all and the professional team and how quickly the purchase will be delivered.

We originally only came to look but Elizabeth had great product knowledge, was just the right mix of friendly and professional, and recommended a great product.
