The staff I spoke too initially Elizabeth then Andy were so very helpful. Elizabeth knew exactly what I wanted and helped me find it, as they were extremely busy I returned to purchase the following day .

Attention in the store was immediate as we walked in was friendly and efficient and helpful without being pushy or overpowering. Plenty of time was given for the selection process and the whole experience went smoothly and efficiently. Particular mention should be made of our sales assistant Ingrida who was delightful in every way, knowledgeable, friendly but courteous and gave us time to think at each stage of the process.

Elizabeth was patient, welcoming and listened to our needs regarding a mattress purchase without being forceful. Our experience was fun,engaging as we experienced the sleepmatch technology for a mattress.

We were welcomed into the store and following a brief dialogue asked to use their simulator to try to establish a fit for my wife and I. As we both had different styles we tried various types of comfort levels and the sales team were polite and very obliging answering all of our questions. We were well looked after and offered beverages whilst in store. As we were torn over our choice we revisited the store a second time and the team were again very supportive. The sales team clearly explained their offers and finance choices and in the end we purchased a bed but didn't take any finance. option. To our surprise the leadtime was only one week.
