We were very impressed by the friendliness, knowledge and patience shown by the lovely sales lady called Ingrida at the Lincoln Store. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for her and there was no pressure put upon to purchase anything, even after she spent ages explaining and showing us mattresses and beds. The hot drink went down well too. We hope to return in the very near future to purchase a bed to go with the mattress we purchased yesterday. Very impressed and would highly recommend to all.
