Very happy with everything

I had made an appointment, I got a couple of reminders, I turned up and was seen straight away. It was just a friendly, non-pushy, helpful experience, and the price of the mattress I chose seemed very reasonable. And the offer, for a reasonable charge, of taking away my old mattress was unexpected and VERY welcome.
