To be highly satisfied i would expect more than what I was expecting. I would need to feel that the staff member went above and beyond in knowledge and assistance. She was nice, had to refer to colleagues to answer some questions, and did come back and answer, product was reasonably priced, but to me this is all what you should expect and therefor I was satisfied.

The price produced by the computer at checkout was considerably more than the price shown in store.

We were very satisfied, Reece offered us tea and coffee, the showroom was well presented and Reece gave us the right about of time. The only thing that could have been improved was the look and feel or the store, it felt quite dated and needed a refresh. There was a pile of matresses piled up by the entrance (not sure if they were new or old as they were all in green bags) but didn't look great as a first impression. The lincoln store we shopped in has very little competition in the area so this may not affect it too much but could be something to work on in other areas of the country (presuming all stores are a similar standard)

The entrance to the store boldly advertised last day of half price sale yet few items were half price. We needed a new mattress and we travelled a fair distance to Dreams based on reputation. But I was not that impressed.

The staff were knowledgeable about the products, and were quick and easy to deal with.

The Team and everything else at dreams was great it was just the time scale from ordering to delivery that was all.
