I was extremely happy with the service especially Elizabeth, who was efficient,pleasant and very helpful. I would however have preferred a quicker delivery time between purchase and delivery. The bed was for my sons birthday in September and the delivery is in October. Overall the service was very good.

The delivery date of almost three weeks surprised me as I didn't expect to have to wait that long. As always with sales they always seem to be on the products you don't want making you have to decide whether to compromise on what you hoped to buy for something you didn't intend to.

I was disappointed that you were advertising free delivery but we had to pay £10 for a Saturday delivery, and that we also had to wait until 28/4. I thought disposal of our old bed was also expensive.

The layout of the different attributes of the mattresses was a little confusing. The different colour pillows was ok but not as professional as I expected .By that I mean the products seemed igledy piggledy around the showroom.

We arranged a delivery date of 7 March. Amy had issues with her computer. I then received a phone call on 5 March from Amy asking when I wanted delivery. I was told 7 March was no longer an option despite arranging this only the day before. Not good customer care.

We were greeted on arrival and then left to look around without hassle. When we were ready the assistant provided answers to our questions in a professional and friendly manner

I believe there is always room for improvement however, saying that buying our bed through dreams at Lincoln was the single best experience I have received from a sales person. Elizabeth is a credit to your company and has a rare commodity that a lot of sales people fall short and that is caring for what the customer is after and not for example pushing specific products.
