Nothing to do with the product or the colleague assisting us, she was very good, knowledgeable and helpful. I didn’t pick highly satisfied for all purely because some of the buying process is unnecessarily lengthy and tedious - again, not a reflection on the colleague supporting us through the process

Overall it was great experience- very friendly and helpful advisor. Initially we were told our order would be arriving in 3 weeks but as we progressed through the order it became 7 weeks to wait. It felt a little bit like we were ‘sold’ the earlier to time to get our order in. I don’t like a hard sell approach. Having said that Andy was great and had a very easy approach to sales. If I felt he was a true ‘salesman’ I may have left the order.

Only criticism I have was price of beds and mattress's, they were at least 50% more expensive than I expected....not sure if I have unrealistic expectations or not

Not a problem, the gentleman dealing with us, I would suggest was in training so kept asking for colleagues assistance - all staff around him were very happy to help out though and overall we were happy with the service provided.

There wasn't as many Hypnos mattresses to try out as only one in store.

The main problem was the time we have to wait for delivery as we are returning another mattress and couldn’t get a delivery for the same day despite it being two weeks away
