We were originally quoted the wrong price and were about to leave to order online. The sales assistant then checked and came back with the correct price.

That would be quite a feat. Price is alway an issue. I feel I would not have purchased had it not been for the reductions. Even the bed that I purchased was a compromise. Also some of the mattress are widely different in prices without any aignification gains in comfort or quality.

I had already looked at your website and because this bed will only be used about three times a year, I had already chosen a fairly low cost bed. Therefore I was satisfied with my choice.

I was happy with my service and like that I could try all the beds, but my brother went in the next day and he was given much better service. He was even put on a computer bed, I was not offered this.

There was not enough of the beds in my price range. Assistants were too keen and didn’t leave us to try beds out without interruptions. The assistant was not up to speed with computer forms o place order.

You show a price promise on your website the mattress we orderd was the tempur elite which we found at £200 cheaper when we mentioned this to staff they pointed out your mattress had a cool feel, also next door at bensons their mattress was soft feel but both were the tempur elite I feel this a way of not offering the price promise. Also on your website you advertise interest free credit on mentioning this at point of purchase we were informed that was only for online orders, in store they ask for a 20% deposit however when I pointed out you advertise interest free the member of staff said on some occasions interest free could be offered in store (your policy should be transparent so customers afe not misled)

If the bed frame we were after was in stock I’d have been highly satisfied. We ended up making a separate purchase for a bed frame later that day via the website. Overall experience was great, and Elaine was super lovely to deal with
