Would have liked to get a certain colour for my bed frame but didn’t mind much because I was still able to get a colour I liked for the delivery date I was looking for. I would have liked a little more selections for beddings or covers but overall everything was amazing and went very smoothly. The staff was super friendly.

I felt the price could have been discounted as we purchased two expensive items together.

Whilst on the test bed too much noise from other staff and customers so did not hear the request to change to normal sleeping position. Mentioned it to staff and told it happens.

I was hoping for getter bagains as it was blackFriday having already looked online but I guess overall, I was satisfied with the quality of the foams in store and the very good srvice from Elaine, Many thanks.

Long lead time from order to delivery.

thought there would be a bigger selection of non-sprung mattresses

Wasnt enough selection with tv beds, and didnt like that i had to buy a tv

I believe that our experience at the store was great the assistance Amy was full of knowledge, the reason behind not giving a highly satisfied is the experience i received is exactly what i would have accepted.

It’s not that important to achieve highly satisfied, I’m satisfied with my experience, I entered the store, I was approached quickly and the member off staff and I left the store having purchased.a lovely mattress. I’m happy.

We were highly satisfied by what we got! The only thing was that we were looking for quite specific bed frames and they just weren’t quite what we wanted. Everything else was fab
