The standard of service was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful and assisted to our needs

Friendly and professional service received at the Lincoln store. Good choice of mattresses to go with the bed that we purchased and both items were reasonably priced.

We were a little unsure of the mattress needed. The assistant was able to help with the knowledge she had about the different mattresses available and did not push us to buy the most expensive one available. She left us to browse and came back as needed. We would have liked the mattress to have been delivered sooner, rather than having to wait 10 days, but overall it wasn't too much of a problem.

Staff were friendly and helpful although we knew what we were looking for so that probably helped. We were attended to immediately and with a pleasant experience. Can't qualify quality as goods not arriving for a fortnight or so.

As soon as we entered Amy came over and made sure we was ok and if we needed anything to just ask. She didn't pest us either that's what I like I like to look around but know they are they if needed

Reece the sales person was very informed about all aspects of what we were looking for, he answered every thing we asked , explained we could choose the base ,mattress headboard in any way we wanted , my wife is disabled & he did everything to assist her in store. The store was very clean & tidy well laid out etc. we were offered a drink while completing the order at the desk ,he then told us about the sheets that are made for the deep mattress so we bought those as well

All the staff in the Lincoln Dreams shop were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We were served by Ian who explained the colour coding system and advised us on which beds we should be looking at for our needs and to try out as many as we liked. He wasn't pushy and was available to answer any of our questions. On the whole we received excellent customer service.

Approached but not pressure. Once established we new what we wanted left for 5 minutes then returned

Spending in excess of one thousand pounds was made to feel satisfactory.

Amy at the Lincoln store was extremely helpful. As we had a sofa-bed and a bed on our order with different delivery timescales we asked for the delivery to be split into two. Amy rang customer services for us after we had left and arranged this all for us.
