Very good value. Limited choice of budget beds for a spare room but eventually we got sorted. Staff were exceedingly helpful and friendly - a pleasure to shop there. The delivery guys were also extremely helpful. Prompt delivery. Couldn't fault anything about this purchasing experience.

Elizabeth was very knowledgeable about the products and was able to guide us to the type of mattress we needed. As I was having difficulty trying the beds because of a knee operation, she was really patient and did not make us feel rushed. After we had chosen the mattress she saw I was tired and immediately offered us coffee while the paperwork was completed, which was very welcome. This all added to our very positive experience. Well done, Elizabeth!

We were given enough time to browse the store and no pressure was placed upon a sale. Sales advisors were there when we needed them but also stood aside to give time to consider all products. A pleasant shopping experience.
