The assistant was very quick to come and help, and did everything they could help up make the right decision.

The staff member was friendly, knowledgeable and offered a number of products to test. the experience was very good. I couldn't fault the service or experience.

From arriving and entering the store we felt comfortable,I am in a wheelchair and find some stores difficult for my husband to comfortably get me around but we had no difficulty in Dreams store ,the staff were very helpful and we did not feel in the least rushed we were given time to assess product and shown different price ranges but did not feel rushed to make a decision the staff member Jo was friendly and knowledgeable with regard to the products and any questions we had we initially went to look at mattresses but seeing the choices and quality we decided on full base and mattress very happy with the service we received would certainly recommend.

We went to the Lincoln store, Liz and Elaine were really attentive, listened to what our needs were and helped us to find the bed that suited us the best. I have a back injury and they were really considerate, explained the mattresses and the benefits, they were extremely knowledgable and I felt listened to, heard and very well advised. My husband and I came away with the bed, mattress and headboard that we believe will enable my back to be supported and for me to have a better more comfortable and rested sleep. Thank you
