We were warmly welcomed and directed to the type of mattress that we were looking for when asked if he could be of any assistance to us. Reece left us to browse however was on hand to answer our questions when approached. We were never pressured to make an immediate decision and given the time to browse and test out the options available - we were even provided with a pillow! Very friendly member of staff

Elizabeth in the lincoln store was extremely friendly & able to give us precise quotes which satisfied our needs immediately.

The person who looked after us was very knowledgeable of all of the products we were looking for.Very polite, eager to please.Did give us different options.

Given very good advice on the products available, without being pushed into a decision. We spent lots of time choosing the mattress first as we were advised to do, and the chose the bed. Given a hot drink whilst we were making up our mind.

The staff member, Natalie, was very helpful, and I was happy with the products that I bought. The prices were in my expected budget and delivery date could be arranged to suit my house completion date.

Reece took the time to understand our needs and had excellent knowledge of the available products. He explained each option to us and allowed us as much time as we needed to make a decision without any pressure.
