I was dealt with by Amy in the Lincoln shop. Very knowledgeable about all the products and options. Thought she was a real asset to your business and really took the time to engage with myself and my little boy who came with me to chose his bed and other items etc.

I was amazed with the computerised bed that helped us choose our mattress and the knowledge of the store manager that served us with regards to advice over which base and headboard to choose plus pillows. I was also pleased that we could take an insurance out with our bed and mattress. Excellent service

Elaine was excellent. She took the time to take us through all our mattress options. She listened to our medical issues and added other mattresses on top of what the bed machine suggested. We bought one she suggested!!! Highly recommended

Andy was excellent in helping us with what we needed, he out us on the machine to see which mattress would suit us best and quickly gave us 2 options of mattress. We were not pushed towards more expensive products just shown the products that suited us even though they were cheaper.

Because everything went smoothly as I would expect. However, whether I get the goods on time is another matter.
