Because we were served by very friendly, helpful and courteous staff who allowed us to take our time while they gave us useful information and answered our questions. By the way hopefully on this, my third attempt I'll complete the survey without being timed out.

Staff were attentive and provided the appropriate level of support and responded to all our questions professionally. A good buying experience!

We were served by Natalie in the Lincoln store. She was very knowledgeable and helped us choose a mattress by answering all our questions. She also left us to try out the mattresses and we felt comfortable and not under pressure. We rang a few days later to order and are looking forward to receiving our new mattress next week.

Speedy service and nothing was too much sort out

We were looking for a new bed and mattress not fixed on ideas but the choice on offer was so good we ended up getting our daughter a new bed too! Andy was very knowledgable and attentive, the other staff members were all really great too. Our 4 year old daughter loved trying all of the beds and playing hide and seek with one of the assistants!

Very friendly approach and assistance. Sales person really listened to me and helped me to find what I needed. The whole process was very simple. I was helped to carry articles to me car as I have a problem with my back. Sympathy and understanding were on show. Tea was pretty good as well!

I was very happy with the service that I received from Elizabeth, the store colleague I dealt with. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the products I enquired about. She gave a lot of time to help me choose the right product at the right price on both occasions I visited the store. She was refreshingly not "pushy" when taking into consideration my budget and took the time to show me all the different products available. I found the shopping experience very easy and not at all stressful and felt that I ended up with exactly the right product at the right price.

We were able to phone our order before we move house and arrange delivery for after we have moved. Member of staff was friendly, knowledgeable and engageing. The price we paid for a full sie double sofa bed was the same as the smaller unit.

I visited the Lincoln store. The assistant Elizabeth was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the entire product range. I can defiantly recommend your product due to the helpfulness of this staff member.
