Very pleasant and knowledgeable staff member dealt with our enquiry...fave us space to browse without being pushy and was available to help us when we asked for assistance. Good team work with other staff members too.

Ingrida at the Lincoln store was quick to offer assistance when we entered the store. After telling her what we were searching for (a soft mattress) she immediately showed us the three options before going in depth with the make up of our preferred choice. She then went to check delivery dates to ensure the product in question could be delivered within our time frame, before finding me some wonderful vegan friendly non-duck down pillows! Ingrida was gregarious throughout and couldn't have been more pleasant or more helpful.
