Elaine & Amy the store manager couldn't do enough for us. they were so intentive and made spending a lot of money to us a little easier.

Good service, reasonable value, good selection of beds, helpful in delivery dates. Coffee supplied during the paperwork at the end. (Not from a machine)

Staff friendly and helpful but not pushy

Natalie was of great help. Had vast knowledge of the products which made my purchase more reassuring.

Brilliant service by the team at Lincoln store - My son moved up on Saturday and we realised that we had disposed of his old mattress but we rang ahead and they had one ready for us after a 4 hour drive from Portsmouth - we got the size wrong and needed a kingsize and managed to exchange this 2o mins before the store closed - I've worked in food retail for over 30 years and this is up there in terms of customer service - the team at Lincoln are to be commended - We're visiting Portsmouth for our supper king mattress in the next 6 weeks - well done Team Lincoln !!! We where very pleased with the service we recieved, Andy listened to our needs and offered us various options not just the most expensive. We also purchased pillows , duvet and bottom sheets. We will definitely be returning when we do our sons room.

Sales assistant listened to my needs, I never felt rushed or pressured into buying.

Amy was amazing dealing with myself. Very informative. Took her time but did not prolong the service or my time. Used the bed simulator and found the mattress I liked and bonus was it had a sale price on it. She upgraded my bed protector for free, free delivery and also free installation. Will defo be back for my next purchase or if I need bedside tables etc

Sales consultant Andy was fantastic. He listened and interacted with us well. He provided the children something to do which allowed us to focus on the right mattress.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Over all experience very good.
