Really friendly staff, the staff were knowledgeable. Really easy process for ordering a bed. The staff didn’t pester you when you walked in unlike others competitive stores which I visited that day.

Andy spent a long time finding out what my injuries were and what i required. i felt his customer service was fantastic and he put me at ease.

I was attended to by Andy. He gave me just the right amount of attention which made it a very comfortable transaction. He didn't bombard me with a whole array of stuff but listened to my needs and tailored a solution to them. His knowledge of Dreams' products was excellent and he was clearly proud of the company he works for. So top marks all round.

When entering the store the sales assistant was very polite and did not go into a hard sales pitch which was extreme refreshing. Then, after asking what our needs were, we were given the option of trying the sleep match. While the machine was callibtating the sales assistant asked a few questions and recommended a range of beds to try. We felt no pressure and after trying a few decided on a bed that the sleep match recommended! We left the store feeling happy that we had made a well informed purchase.

We were looking for a memory foam hybrid mattress. Andy, the assistant, took us through the testing and then showed us the variety of mattresses to test. The one we preferred was above our budget but Andy knew they had a similar model within our budget. We were delighted.
