In the Lincoln store Andy was extremely helpful & knowledgeable about adjustable beds which we wanted to purchase for my 80 year old dad who has serious arthritis & struggles to get out of bed safely. He firstly introduced himself then asked our names then offered us a hot drink which my dad thought was very friendly & made quite a big decision & a large amount of money a lot more of a relaxing experience, his knowledge was amazing & we certainly never felt pressured to buy Well done Andy would certainly recommend anyone who needs a new bed to visit Lincoln store

Very helpful

We have been looking for a bed for our Grandson and had been all over Lincoln and Sheffield. I am disabled and find it difficult to walk so this had been a frustrating and exhausting experience. Just prior to going to Dreams we popped into one of your competitors and weren’t even greeted when walked into the shop. So very tired and downtrodden we entered your shop Liz greeted us with warm and friendliness, immediately pointed us in the right direction then left us to browse. Not long after returning with the offer of a tea or coffee - oh I could have bought every bed in the shop then. He total warm and friendly attitude plus knowledge made it a really pleasant experience. We found the bed and she kindly spent time going over dimensions with us to make sure it would fit and took the same care helping us to choose a mattress. All this was done without pressure to buy. The paperwork side of it was easy too and a complete bonus was the 10% military discount was the icing on the cake. We are expecting the bed next week and understand totally the delivery arrangements and that’s they deliver it to the room you want it in, no leaving it outside. HIGHLY RECOMMEND LIZ & DREAMS
