Our sales assistant was Andy. My husband and I found him very professional and informative. He asked a host of questions and listened intently to the answers. The products he showed us and the time he took to explain all the different options / choices was so helpful. We are extremely pleased with our purchases today and would not hesitate to recommend Dreams to our friends and family.

We were served by Elizabeth who was very professional throughout and extremely knowledgeable about the products and the company in general engaging in product, company and general sleep related conversation throughout which complemented the sales process and enhanced our purchasing experience. Liz even advised us on duvet cover / pillow case materials and their effects on sleep quality. To start the experience we laid on a bed which 3D mapped our sleeping position and then recommended mattress types. This was a fantastic experience and it is great to see this advanced technology reaching our 'quiet' and often forgotten city of Lincoln.
