Staff helpful and friendly helped when asked and just the right amount of feedback when needed did not feel pressured nice to shop without sales pressure just helpful staff.

The store was bright and clean, and being frequently sanitised by the staff. Every member of staff said hello and let you have a good look around before asking if you needed assistance. I was served by a lovely lady called Amy, for whom nothing was too much trouble, even when I started having a hot flush!!! The dream machine was a very useful piece of kit and helped no end with helping me choose the perfect mattress. I can not fault any of the staff, they were all friendly and helpful and made the whole experience of buying a new mattress a joy. Once I have saved up enough I will be back to buy a new bed.

The machine was brilliant at working out the pressure points,which was perfect for me. Andy was very informative, he knew what he was talking about. I tested a 4 beds, the machine chose the correct one. There was no pressure,could take my time to choose, offered a drink. Very good service.
