The information that was given to us on our visit was very precise, Elaine was fantastic through the whole of the experience from the moment we asked for advice and to the moment we left the shop. Very good store and staff they were very helping

It is true that we attended early morning and we were the only customers in store. We were seen when requested, looked after (cup of coffee each) and all our questions answered by a helpful and polite sales assistant.

i went back to order a mattress i had looked a week or so before to find the one i thought i wanted was not on display, dut the store had a display bed on sale so ended up buying that instead,! i had seen the ottoman beds on the website and fancied one so when it was ex display i bought that, Amy from lincoln store was extremely helpful.
