We were greeted by a very nice lady called Elaine who made us feel at ease and under no pressure to purchase if we didn’t want to. We had the bed test done and tried a few beds out and decided to purchase a new mattress and pillow which was very easy.

Just an overall pleasant experience

Natalie was very helpful and helped us find the perfect mattress, after having an extremely uncomfortable mattress we are so excited to receive our new mattress from Dreams. Originally we went into the store just for some advice on what sort of mattress we were going to choose with no intention in buying but, with the help of Natalie we ended up walking away with the purchase of a mattress, pillows and a mattress protector. As we bought an ex-display mattress, Amy was also very helpful in reassuring us that the mattress would be taken off the shop floor and she did this as soon as we decided we wanted it, she wrapped it all up to protect it. Overall, we had a great experience in Dreams and would definitely recommend.

The staff that I talked to were very helpful and showed me the available range of beds of the type I wanted. Being offered a drink while the purchase was completed was an unexpected but very welcome surprise.

Andrew who served me and my partner was very knowledgeable and made the experience easy and enjoyable. Andrew took the time to go through all of our options with us and explained everything clearly. Also had a bit of a laugh with us. Excellent customer service throughout the entire experience
