Product fantastic, customer service good, however the delay of delivery and lack of contact regarding delivery delay was not acceptable. However, this was rectified by a reimbursement.

Amy at dreams in Lincoln was brilliant she listened to my needs was very understanding and helpful and let me arrive at my own decision without being pushy like most sales people , she made me a cup of coffee , didn’t rush me and made polite conversation I felt really comfortable talking to her and enjoyed my visit and will definitely be back because of her
