Went to view and hopefully purchase a new mattress. The member of staff greeted us and offered as much help as she could without being overpowering. She answered all questions with confidence.

Our sales rep (Andy) was really helpful, he suggested that we used the sleep machine to help us decide which mattress would be good for us to try out, he then explained that he would show us what the machine had picked but also showed us some other mattresses he thought we might like given our feedback. He did not rush us or try to push us into a sale, unlike other shops we had been too. He was attentive and knowledgeable. We were shown a good variety of different mattress styles and Andy was also understanding of our budget, I did not feel as though he was pushing us to pay for more than what I wanted but he did show us offers that were on in the shop.
