We found the whole experience satisfactory,the assistant was very knowledgable and extremely helpful and friendly..we decided against the extra cost of the guarantees but we were offered them and explained what it included..overall a wonderful experience

We were greeted by Elizabeth upon entering the store. She was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She talked us through multiple options in a clear and concise manner with regards to mattresses, bedframes and pillows. She spent almost an hour with us in the store answering every question without pushing us into a sale at any point. She also gave us a small break to discuss alone and revisit some of our favourite options without her before returning to answer further questions. The store was clean and disinfecting was taking place between customers.

Gentleman who served me, Andy, was very good. He advised me to use the sleep machine which certainly helped with choosing correct mattress. We tried several mattresses and eventually came to one which seems to fit. No pressure applied and it was a pleasant experience.

We were approached by a young man who was very friendly, professional and helpful and he was amazing with my children. He managed to engage with them whilst answering our questions about mattresses.

It was a great customer experience Andy was our sales rep and his product knowledge was exceptional. He was very interested in finding the right solution for us, not just selling the item with the highest ticket price. constant effort was made to be covid secure
