Roree, the sales assistant, was very helpful to us. She took the time to show us through the different options suggested by the dream analysis machine and when we had found one we liked from the selection, she even suggested we try one other mattress - a wildcard - just to compare and make sure we were happy with our choice.

The sales adviser approached us straight away, showed the range we were looking for, was helpful, and speedy in placing our order

We were given information about the products we inquired about and then left alone until we needed more information. This allowed us to make a decision without feeling pressured

I only knew that I wanted a new mattress. After browsing for a few minutes, Jade asked if I needed any help, even though she was already dealing with another customer. She explained about the different types of mattress and the prices, pointing out which were in my price range. She then left me trying them out while she finished dealing with her other customers, returning to me and putting through the order for my chosen mattress, choosing a delivery date and explaining what would happen next.
